Our work focuses on connecting the brand with key audiences through culturally relevant storytelling, strategic planning, and execution across multiple touchpoints.
As part of the accounts team, I support the coordination and execution of large-scale programs that span content, events, and brand experiences. This work requires close collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to ensure each initiative aligns with brand goals and audience expectations.
SW Bien Pro
Facebook Content and Community Management
SW Bien Pro is a Facebook platform created and operated by AC&M Group to support and champion Hispanic professional painters and contractors on behalf of Sherwin Williams.
AC&M Group fully manages the strategy, content, and execution of the page, ensuring the platform remains culturally relevant, accessible, and consistent in its messaging. The page serves as a space for recognition, education, and connection within the Hispanic Pro community.
As the lead Account Coordinator on SW Bien Pro, I oversee the day to day management of the page. I develop content ideas, plan monthly calendars, and manage publishing and scheduling, producing 10 to 12 posts per month entirely in Spanish. My work focuses on maintaining a clear and trustworthy brand voice while delivering content that resonates authentically with the audience.
Through this platform, I help support Sherwin Williams’ multicultural marketing efforts by creating consistent, culturally informed content that strengthens relationships with the Hispanic Pro community.
Annual National Sales Meeting
Each year, AC&M Group leads the development of the Hispanic Pro segment for Sherwin Williams’ National Sales Meeting, partnering closely with the brand to deliver a cohesive, engaging experience.
Our work spans the full creative and strategic build of the segment, including presentation design, scripted messaging, visual systems, video content, interactive elements, and audience engagement components. Every element is intentionally developed to resonate with the Hispanic Pro audience while aligning with Sherwin Williams’ broader business and brand goals.
I support the annual development and execution of this segment, collaborating across teams to help shape content, coordinate creative assets, and ensure seamless delivery. My work contributes to an experience that blends cultural insight, storytelling, and engagement, reinforcing Sherwin Williams’ long term commitment to the Hispanic Pro community.
Leagues Cup Tournament
For the Leagues Cup Tournament, AC&M Group leads the full development and execution of Sherwin Williams’ presence and activation, managing the program from start to finish.
Our work includes overseeing ticketing strategy, on site and digital activations, social content planning and execution, and sweepstakes development. Each element is designed to work together as part of a cohesive fan experience that connects the brand to the tournament in an authentic and engaging way.
I support the coordination and execution of this activation across its lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure timelines, creative assets, and executional details align. This work brings together sports, culture, and brand engagement, reinforcing Sherwin Williams’ visibility and connection within a high energy, multicultural sports environment.
