Carolina Complete Health
AC&M Group leads marketing and communications strategy supporting the transition of WellCare of North Carolina into Carolina Complete Health, guiding one of the most significant Medicaid brand evolutions in the state.
This work centers on helping members, providers, and community partners navigate the transition with clarity, trust, and continuity of care. AC&M Group supports the rollout of Carolina Complete Health’s brand platform while reinforcing its statewide Provider Led Entity structure and long term commitment to North Carolina communities.
Our efforts span brand transition messaging, multicultural communications, and full funnel marketing strategy designed to minimize confusion, support member retention, and drive growth in priority regions. Messaging is developed in both English and Spanish and informed by cultural insight, accessibility, and healthcare literacy considerations.
The work is structured in phases, beginning with transition focused communications that introduce the new brand and reassure existing members, followed by broader awareness and differentiation efforts that position Carolina Complete Health as a trusted, community focused Medicaid option.
As part of the Carolina Complete Health account team, I support strategic planning and execution across creative development, stakeholder collaboration, and campaign coordination. This work requires balancing sensitivity, clarity, and scale, ensuring complex healthcare information is communicated in a way that feels supportive and human.
This initiative supports the only statewide Provider Led Medicaid health plan in North Carolina, serving hundreds of thousands of members with complex needs, and reflects the critical role of thoughtful marketing in healthcare transitions.
